Le Break Terms & Conditions of use

1. This voucher entitles the holder and up to three guests to a return ferry crossing using any mix of Brittany Ferries cross channel service and with up to 72 hours in France but, excludes use of all High Speed crossings and sailings to Spain.
2. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 persons may travel on any scheduled departure,  excluding all Friday night crossings, all sailings Friday to Sunday between 30th March - 14th April, 25th May - 30th May, 19th July - 30th September 2007 and ALL sailings between 22nd December and 3rd January 2007/2008.
3. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable port charge off £19.50 per person payable at the time of booking based on 4 persons sharing a cabin. Payment is by credit or debit card only. Credit cards will incur a service charge notified to you at the time of booking. Tickets must be used in full as issued and failure to do so will result in a recalculation of the fare to that of the normal standard applicable tariff and the difference will be deducted from the debit / credit card used for the original payment.
4. All bookings must be made within 30 days of the intended date of departure from the UK and no bookings will be accepted less than 24 hours in advance.
5. Passengers may also book a car up to 5m long and not exceeding 1.83m high either free of charge or at the tariff indicated, vehicles exceeding these dimensions but not exceeding 6m long and/or 2.6 metres high will be quoted a supplement. vehicles over 6 metres long and/or 2.6 metres high, caravans and trailers are excluded from this offer.
6. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.
7. The return portion of any ticket will only be validated providing the outward coupon has been processed.
8. All bookings are subject to promotional availability and to Brittany Ferries Yield Management controls. Brittany Ferries full terms and conditions apply.
9. Passengers taking overnight crossings must purchase some form of accommodation at Brittany Ferries normal published tariffs, the minimum requirement being a pullman seat.
10. All passengers must have Personal Travel Insurance. Brittany Ferries Personal Insurance will be arranged and charged for unless details of alternative cover of an equal level are produced at the time of booking. You may be required to produce your details of cover at check in.
11. All details and prices are correct at time of print but may be subject to change without notice.
12. This voucher is valid up to March 31st 2008 for travel UD to 31^st May 2008. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other holiday, SOLD ON OR AUCTIONED OFF a n d no part of it may be reproduced, broadcast or enter the public domain in any format whatsoever without prior written authorisation of The Q Group. Any breaches of this term and condition may result in legal action being taken against offenders and vouchers suspected of purchase and sale will be refused. At the time of booking, and in line with Department of Transport Passenger Regulations, you will be required to provide full details of all passengers travelling and this will include; Surname, Initials, Gender and whether the passenger is an Adult, Child 4-15yrs or Infant under 4yrs. You will also be required to inform of any 'Special Needs' i.e. sight or hearing impaired, walking difficulties, wheel-chair bound etc.

Bookings will not be accepted without this information.

     Cruise and Dine Terms & Conditions of use

1. This voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to Cruise and Dine on a Brittany Ferries cruise to St Malo, using consecutive sailings.
2. A minimum of two and a maximum of four persons may travel on any scheduled departure, excluding Friday overnight crossings.
3. Each passenger will be provided with a berth in a four-berth cabin, a complimentary meal minimum 3 courses in the ships main restaurant as per menus at time of travel during the return voyage.
4. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.
5. All bookings are on a strictly no amendment and no refund upon cancellation basis. Tickets will not be re-issued if lost. Promotional fares are subject to limited and refined durations are only valid providing both the outward and return journeys are completed as specified on the ticket. Should any passenger fail to use both crossings, travel will be considered as a single journey and re-priced accordingly. Payment is by credit or debit card only and will be subject to a service fee, which will be advised at the time of booking. The difference between fares will be collected from the credit/debit card used for payment of the original booking.
6. All bookings are subject to promotional availability and to Brittany Ferries Yield Management controls. Brittany Ferries full terms and conditions apply.
7. All bookings must be made directly with Brittany Ferries reservation centres by telephone.
8. Bookings inclusive of one night on board ship will be subject to a port charge of £19.50 per person. Where travel involves two nights on board ship a port charge of £29.50 will apply. Port charges ore payable at the time of booking and are non refundable. Additionally, during the two nights cruise a car not exceeding 5 metres in length and 1.83 metres high can be taken for a nominal fee of £25.00. No amendments are permitted.
9. All bookings are based on 4 persons sharing a four-berth cabin. Where two persons require sole use of a cabin, subject to availability, a supplement of £29.50 per person will apply.
10. Subject to release and availability, persons requesting to book cabins with a porthole will be charged a supplement off £10.00 per cabin.
11. All passengers must have Personal Travel Insurance. Brittany Ferries Personal Insurance will be arranged and charged for unless details of alternative cover of an equal levels are provided at time of booking. You may be required to produce your details of cover at check-in.
12. All details and prices are correct at time of print but may be subject to change without notice. Costs will only be confirmed at time of booking.
13. This Voucher is valid until March 31^st 2008 and for travel not exceeding May 31^st 2008. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other holiday, SOLD ON OR AUCTIONED OFF and no part of it may be reproduced, broadcast or enter the public domain in any format what so ever without prior written authorisation from charter house. We reserve the right to take legal action for offenders not complying with this term and condition.
14. Payment can only be made by credit or debit card and credit card payments incur a surcharge specified at the time of booking. At the time of booking, and in line with Department of Transport Passenger Regulations, you will be required to provide full details of all passengers travelling and this will include; Surname, Initials, Gender and whether the passenger is an Adult, Child 4-15yrs or Infant under 4yrs. You will also be required to inform of any 'Special Needs' ie sight or hearing impaired, walking difficulties, wheel-chair bound etc. Bookings will not be accepted without this information.

Cruise to Spain Terms and Conditions

1. This voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to a return cruise to Santander aboard a scheduled Brittany Ferries departure. All departures, other than those which include an optional extended stay, will be on consecutive sailings i.e. Return departure day identical to that of arrival. Cabin accommodation with en suite facilities is provided.
2. Extended Stay options are subject to availability and schedules at the time of booking and are only available in conjunction with hotel accommodation booked through and allocated by Brittany Ferries. Hotel accommodation charges are based on 2 persons sharing a twin or double room including breakfast and transfer to the hotel only. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non refundable.
3. Payment is by credit or debit card only and credit cards are subject to an administration fee detailed and that at the time of booking. All bookings are on a strictly no amendment and no refund upon cancellation basis. Tickets will not be re-issued if lost. Promotional fares are subject to limited and defined durations and are only valid providing both the outward and return journeys are completed as specified on the ticket. Should any passenger fail to use both crossings, travel will be re-priced accordingly. The difference between the fares will be collected from the credit/debit card used for payment of the original booking.
